Here is another good question that doesn't really apply to property management. 

Your question should be: 

What are your credentials?  

Company references are mostly doctored or cherry picked for obvious reasons. When was the last time you asked for a company reference and received a $#!t review? Umm, Never!

Are you qualifying yourself as a ‘property manager’ just because you have a real estate license? 

I know I wouldn't have my maintenance technician handle my bookkeeping or my bookkeeper handling my leasing.
